Sunora Solar is exhibiting at REI Expo 2026 at Booth B329, at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and a 160 kWh battery cabinet has been placed at the front of its stand. The Surat company began in 2016 as a maker of solar panels and added inverters in 2025. Its screens now describe it as a maker of panels, inverters and batteries, and the stand marks the company's tenth year in business.
The cabinet is sold under the SESS name as model HVPRO512V314AH. It holds ten modules, each of which contains 16 lithium iron phosphate cells of 314 Ah and delivers 51.2 V. According to the label on its door, the cabinet therefore works at a nominal 512 V DC, within a range of 464 V to 576 V.
The charge and discharge current is limited to 150 A, which is a rate of 0.5C, and a site controller can communicate with the cabinet over CAN or RS485. The enclosure is sealed to IP54, and Sunora rates the unit for temperatures of -10°C to 50°C and for altitudes of up to 4,000 m, with derating above 2,000 m.
A unit of this size is suited to factories, shops and offices that pay peak-demand charges or that need to ride through short outages. With the cabinet added to its range, Sunora can now supply the panels, the inverter and the battery for a site on its own.
