US-based portable power supplier Jackery launched the Explorer 100D in Canada on October 28, 2026. It has a 96 Wh (30,000 mAh) LFP battery and up to 158 W total output. Jackery markets the unit for mobile work, travel, camping and off-grid device charging. Its 96 Wh rating is below the commonly used 100 Wh airline threshold, but passengers must check the rules of their airline and route.

The unit measures 11.9 × 8.3 × 8.7 cm and weighs 855 g. It has an integrated handle and an optional shoulder strap. Jackery claims up to eight years of regular use and at least 3,000 full cycles with more than 80% remaining capacity. The company says this is 50% longer than the cycle life of the Explorer 100 Plus.

The Explorer 100D has two USB-C ports, each rated for up to 140 W, and an additional 18 W output. Its total output is capped at 158 W. The unit supports AVS, PD and PPS charging protocols. Jackery says it can charge a compatible smartphone to 50% in about 20 minutes, deliver more than three full smartphone charges and charge a 14-inch MacBook Pro beyond 100% once.

A 100 W USB PD input charges the battery to 80% in about 1.6 hours and to full in just over two hours. The unit also accepts up to 100 W of direct solar input, with the same quoted charging times. A 12 V vehicle connection reaches 80% in more than three hours and full charge in more than four hours. A 24 V connection takes just over two hours for a full charge.

The Explorer 100D went on sale on October 28, 2026, through Amazon and Jackery’s Canadian channels. The listed price is CAD 179. Jackery announced a limited-time introductory price of CAD 159, an 11% discount.
