Lineage Power Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based manufacturer, has showcased battery energy storage systems (BESS) and associated power equipment at Renewable Energy India Expo 2026, alongside Pace Digitek. The exhibition display covered utility-scale storage integration, commercial and industrial applications, renewable energy integration and residential battery storage. The products presented included a 2,500 kW liquid-cooled power system, a 261 kWh energy storage system and the Lineage HV Smart residential battery.
The utility-scale power system has a rated power of 2,500 kW, a DC voltage range of 1,000–1,500 V and a maximum DC current of 1,406 A × 2. Its rated grid voltage is 690 V (3W + PE), with an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz. The system uses liquid cooling and has an IP66 protection rating. Communication interfaces include Modbus TCP, IEC 61850, Modbus RTU and CAN 2.0. Its specified operating temperature range is -40°C to +60°C. The brochure identifies utility-scale BESS integration, renewable energy integration, grid stability and support, and large-scale charging and discharging as application areas.
Lineage Power also displayed specifications for a 261 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) energy storage system. The unit provides 105 kW AC power output, efficiency of at least 90% and an IP54 protection rating. It operates with a 400 V/3P4W grid interface and uses active liquid cooling. The battery module capacity is 100 Ah, while the nominal battery capacity is 384.4 kWh, as separately stated in the brochure. Its operating voltage range is 425–555 V (±0.2), and its specified cell cycle life exceeds 4,000 cycles. The system uses an individual 100 A SP MCB per module for battery protection. The brochure lists manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, renewable energy integration, and grid support and backup as utility areas.
The exhibition materials also presented the Lineage HV Smart residential battery. Its brochure specifies 9.04 kWh usable capacity, 10,000 cycles, 6,750 W power and IP66 protection. The residential product is described as a high-voltage battery storage solution with features including active cell balancing, modular scalability and a zoned safety design.
A separate technical sheet displayed LiFePO₄ battery module specifications, including 100 Ah module capacity, a maximum charge/discharge current of 100 A and RS485 communication using Modbus protocol. Cabinet specifications included an IP55 ingress protection rating, forced cooling and operating relative humidity below 95%.
The exhibition materials presented storage equipment intended for different power requirements, from residential installations to larger grid-connected applications.
