Gautam Solar is exhibiting at REI Expo 2026 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, where it has given its battery storage products a stand of their own. The company, which has made solar modules since 1997, says that it is setting up 5 GWh of battery manufacturing, and a banner on the stand repeats that plan.
The largest product on the stand is a C&I cabinet that delivers 125 kW and stores 261 kWh. According to the company's datasheet, the cabinet is cooled by liquid with an integrated HVAC unit, it is protected to IP55 for outdoor use, and its power conversion system can charge and discharge in both directions while it is connected to the grid. Its BMS balances the cells and monitors their temperature and state of health.
For homes, the company has brought a residential series of two packs. The 25.6 V model holds 2.56 kWh and is rated for 3,000 cycles, while the 51.2 V model holds 5.12 kWh and is rated for 6,000 cycles, in both cases at a depth of discharge of 95%. Up to 16 of the larger packs can be connected in parallel.
On the first day of the show, the company also listed a 5 MWh container for utility projects, which has been built from 12 racks of 417.9 kWh on 314 Ah cells. An energy management system for these products is being demonstrated on a screen at the stand.
