EcoFlow has introduced its TITAN Series, which includes the TITAN 5000 Plus, TITAN 5000 and TITAN 5000 Classic. These models are designed for home backup power and energy management. The TITAN 5000 Plus can output 7.2 kilowatts and comes with a five kilowatt‑hour battery that can be expanded up to thirty kilowatt‑hours. The system works with existing rooftop panels and uses smart energy management to prioritise solar power, battery storage and grid electricity. When paired with the Smart Home Panel 10 the system can automatically switch to battery power during outages and help manage electricity usage based on time‑of‑use rates.

EcoFlow, a Shenzhen, China-based home energy technology company, has launched its TITAN Series, comprising TITAN 5000 Plus, TITAN 5000, and TITAN 5000 Classic, designed for battery backup and energy management. The TITAN Series combines battery storage, solar integration, and grid connectivity to support household backup and cuts daily power bills.
It has shown how the TITAN 5000 Plus works and can keep a house powered, delivering 7.2 kW output from a 5-kWh battery and running a central air conditioner, refrigerator, television, and lighting all at once. For homes with solar systems, the output can jump to 10 kW thanks to EcoFlow's X-Fusion 2.0 PV Boost technology.
The TITAN Series uses 40160 tabless 2C lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells. It can grow in 5 kWh steps up to a maximum of 30 kWh. Extra solar panels and generators can stretch the time during long power cuts. The TITAN 5000 Plus and TITAN 5000 can plug into existing third‑party rooftop systems via the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 10. The TITAN Series puts solar power first, stores any extra, and pulls grid power only when needed.
The TITAN Series supports 50A of whole‑home current across ten circuits. It does so without having to replace the house’s existing electrical panels. EcoFlow's OASIS 3.0 energy management ecosystem uses forecast‑based modelling and time‑of‑use automation to steer electricity use. Through the EcoFlow App, households can charge their batteries during low‑tariff hours.
They can discharge stored power when the grid price rises. In a blackout, the TITAN Series switches from the grid to battery in less than 20 milliseconds. EcoFlow says that pre‑assembled breakers and pre‑wired cables can cut labor by up to 80% and speed installation by up to eight times compared with conventional backup systems.
The series runs on a 200V high‑voltage architecture and uses silicon carbide components to keep electrical currents and heat lower. EcoFlow says installation can be completed in as little as seven days with roughly two hours of onsite work depending on the exact setup. The TITAN 5000 and TITAN 5000 Plus will be priced in the $3,000 range as standalone units, and the TITAN 5000 Classic in the $2,000 range.
