EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

About $53 million of battery energy storage equipment has been reserved for Northern Ontario Edge AI data center projects. NeoVolta Power, a majority-owned subsidiary of NeoVolta Inc., signed the binding agreement with Infinite Grid Capital. Deliveries are planned for 2027. The equipment will come from the company's new plant in Pendergrass, Georgia.

Infinite Grid Capital (IGC) is a North American power infrastructure developer and financing company focused on large-scale energy projects, including battery storage, hybrid energy hubs and dedicated power infrastructure for data centers. The company operates across North America, with a focus on California, Texas and the Southeastern US. NeoVolta Inc. has announced a binding capacity reservation agreement for BESS through its subsidiary, NeoVolta Power, with IGC. The equipment is intended for Edge AI data center projects in Northern Ontario, with deliveries scheduled for calendar year 2027.

About $53 million of manufacturing capacity is reserved under the agreement at NeoVolta’s Pendergrass plant in Georgia. This is the first commercial commitment under an earlier framework covering about 1.1 GWh of potential BESS deployments and approximately $200 million of supply across several markets.

The Pendergrass facility covers 210,600 square feet and was built to assemble commercial, industrial and utility-scale storage products. Its first production line is undergoing commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing, with production expected to ramp up in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Cell supply is covered under a separate agreement. On August 31, 2026, NeoVolta announced a five-year agreement with SK On for 9 GWh of US-made lithium iron phosphate cells for NeoVolta Power. The contracted cell volume exceeds the 1.1 GWh framework with IGC and provides the Pendergrass facility with a domestic cell supply.

NeoVolta said growth in AI and data centers is increasing demand for reliable power, with storage intended to support grid reliability, load management and site resilience.

NeoVolta CEO Ardes Johnson said the company will focus on delivering the first commitment and converting additional qualified demand into binding orders. NeoVolta also plans further updates on commissioning, manufacturing and commercial activity.
