Titu 1, a 20 MW solar park with a 15 MW battery, is complete and awaiting grid connection, while the 35 MW Titu 3 site remains under development. Enexus has ordered 50 MWh of liquid-cooled BESS from LONGi, its first battery purchase from the supplier after deploying more than 200 MW of its modules since 2025.

Enexus, a Romania-based EPC contractor and project developer, has signed an agreement with LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for 50 MWh of liquid-cooled BESS at two utility-scale sites in Titu, Dâmbovița County. The order is Enexus's first purchase of LONGi battery systems, and the announcement describes it as one of LONGi's largest BESS orders in Romania to date. It extends a supply relationship under which Enexus has deployed more than 200 MW of LONGi solar PV modules across its projects since 2025, widening a module-supply arrangement into a utility-scale technology collaboration.
The order covers two PV-plus-storage projects. Titu 1 pairs 20 MW of installed solar capacity with a 15 MW BESS; developed in partnership with Akış Enerji, part of the Ulusoy Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. group, the park is fully completed and is awaiting grid connection. Titu 3 pairs 35 MW of installed capacity with a 35 MW BESS, is being developed for FTZ Group, and is currently under development. Both sites are designed to support energy shifting, capacity firming and broader grid-support functions.
The deployment comprises 10 units of LONGi's liquid-cooled utility-scale BESS paired with integrated medium-voltage skid systems. LONGi says uniform cell-temperature liquid cooling helps extend system operating life, and that pre-assembled, factory-integrated MV skid containers can reduce balance-of-plant costs and accelerate field commissioning. Romania's updated National Energy and Climate Plan targets approximately 5.8 GW of ground-mounted solar capacity and at least 2.5 GW of rooftop solar capacity by 2030.
"Our partnership with LONGi reflects a strategic choice as much as a technical one," said Mesut Güler, Founder and CEO of Enexus. He said integrated equipment means easier planning, faster delivery and more predictable payment structures for investors, and described LONGi entrusting Enexus with one of its largest BESS projects in Romania as a signal of trust and technical alignment between the partners.
