(ARCTECH) have signed a 2-year strategic cooperation framework agreement, covering a 12 GWh of energy storage capacity. The deal includes 10 GWh of battery cells and 2 GWh of energy storage products.

Cai Hao, Chairman of ARCTECH and Steven Chen, Senior Vice President of EVE Energy were witnessed the signing ceremony. The framework builds on project cooperation initiated in 2025, during which both companies worked on multiple energy storage deployments. The new plan establishes a defined capacity target and structured coordination mechanism for upcoming projects.

ARCTECH has been engaged in integrated “green electricity + smart energy” solutions, combining PV infrastructure with digital energy management platforms. EVE Energy supplies large-scale lithium battery products designed for utility-scale and commercial energy storage applications.

Under the agreement, EVE Energy will provide battery products and selected storage systems, while ARCTECH will integrate these solutions into PV-linked projects through its system integration and global market channels.

According to the framework, the collaboration will focus on integrating battery technology with PV system engineering to develop standardized “PV + Storage” configurations for new energy power plants. The scope includes technical alignment on system integration efficiency, lifecycle cost optimization, and operational safety parameters. The cooperation also involves resource coordination and joint project development to support deployment in domestic and international markets.

The 10 GWh allocations for large-scale energy storage batteries is expected to serve grid-connected and hybrid renewable projects requiring multi-hour storage configurations. The additional 2 GWh of energy storage system products indicates direct system-level collaboration, extending beyond cell or module supply to integrated ESS delivery. This structure reflects a combination of component supply and turnkey system participation within the agreed capacity framework.

The 12 GWh framework positions both companies to coordinate supply, system integration and market access under a defined timeline through 2028, supporting large-scale energy storage deployment alongside photovoltaic generation projects.

Steven Chen, SVP of EVE Energy said that the agreement expands order volumes and strengthens ecosystem collaboration. Through ARCTECH’s global PV channels, EVE Energy’s storage batteries are expected to see wider deployment. Both companies will jointly develop integrated PV plus storage models to support stable and efficient power system operations.
