Belding India Limited has historically been engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting aluminium packaging foils, including Alu Alu foils, lidding foil, blister foil, printed aluminium foil, laminated aluminium foil and aluminium foil lids. The move represents Belding India Limited’s diversification beyond its traditional packaging foil business into BESS and renewable energy projects. Belding HD India Private Limited was incorporated on June 22, 2026. As per the filing, no governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation.
HD Fabcon Private Limited is the joint venture partner in Belding HD India Private Limited. The company’s role is linked to business development, market access, customer outreach and project opportunity identification for BESS and renewable energy projects.
The collaboration combines HD Fabcon Private Limited’s market access capabilities with the execution, operational, project management and manufacturing capabilities of Belding India Limited and its group entities.
