Turbo Energy, S.A., an AI-driven solar storage and energy management integrator, and HiTHIUM, a BESS technology provider, are deploying a large-scale, AI-enabled energy storage project across 15 European industrial facilities for Pamesa Net Zero. The initiative aims to support one of the continent’s largest electro-intensive ceramic manufacturing groups.

The project was unveiled during Intersolar Europe 2026 and combines 366 MWh of BESS capacity with Turbo Energy’s AI-driven optimization platform. Of this, more than 130 MWh of storage capacity has already been installed on-site.

The initiative forms part of the Pamesa Net Zero program, which is designed to support electrification, decarbonization and energy independence for the ceramic manufacturing group as industrial facilities face mounting energy price volatility, grid limitations and strict decarbonization requirements.

The system integrates HiTHIUM’s advanced storage hardware with Turbo Energy’s proprietary software platform to dynamically manage generation, storage and consumption across several industrial sites.

Turbo Energy said its platform uses predictive analytics, demand forecasts and live operating data to guide energy flows. The AI platform adjusts storage and consumption based on site demand, market signals and system performance. The project is aimed at lowering exposure to power price changes, improving energy use and supporting operational reliability.

HiTHIUM Europe Vice President Kelson Li stated that the partnership combines battery storage technology with intelligent energy management software for large-scale commercial and industrial customers. Turbo Energy Chief Executive Officer Mariano Soria added that industrial energy systems are rapidly moving beyond hardware toward real-time, autonomous decision-making.

Turbo Energy, founded in 2013, develops AI-driven solar energy storage and intelligent energy management systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The company operates as part of Umbrella Global Energy across Europe, North America and Latin America.

HiTHIUM, founded in 2019, provides utility-scale energy storage battery and system technologies. The company stated that its cumulative lithium-ion ESS battery shipments surpassed 100 GWh in 2025 and HiTHIUM Europe now supplies customers in more than 18 European countries.

The companies said the project supports wider deployment of intelligent energy infrastructure across industrial sites. With 366 MWh planned and more than 130 MWh installed, the system is expected to help Pamesa Net Zero manage storage and industrial energy use more efficiently.
