CNTE provides 6.9 MW/14.9 MWh of energy storage support for the food-processing sector, Agrosuper's San Vicente plant, Chile. The system helps support peak reduction and demand shifting by storing electricity during low demand and distributing it during high power consumption. This helps Agrosuper's San Vicente Plant minimize power utility costs, reduce peak demand costs, and also stabilize grid pressure.

The food-processing industry relies on continuous electricity for production equipment, refrigeration, and cold-chain operations. This project will enhance the backup power support for critical loads. CNTE’s integrated battery storage system helps improve the power supply reliability of the unit and reduce the operational risks due to grid disturbances or unplanned outages.
