Solaire, the solar inverter and energy storage brand of Lagnuvo, Kerala-based company is set to participate as the Premiere Inverter and Storage Partner at Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2026, scheduled from 22 to 24 October at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. The company will showcase its portfolio of on-grid solar inverters, hybrid solar systems, utility-scale inverter solutions, and lithium BESS, targeting residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications.
Established in 2023 under Lagnuvo, which has been operating in the power electronics industry since 1998, Solaire is expanding its manufacturing capabilities to address India's growing solar and energy storage market. The company operates an Indian manufacturing and assembly facility and is developing a battery manufacturing plant with a planned capacity of up to 5 GWh at full build-out. It has also set a revenue target of INR 1,000 crore for 2027.
Solaire's product portfolio includes grid-connected string inverters, hybrid inverters, residential energy storage systems, commercial lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cabinets, and utility-scale BESS solutions. Its hybrid inverters are designed to integrate with the company's battery storage systems, providing customers with combined solar generation and energy storage capabilities. The company offers product warranties of up to ten years and provides technical support and training through its regional teams and distribution partners.
The company's grid-connected inverter range is certified under BIS IS 16221-2:2015 and complies with India's mandatory minimum efficiency requirements introduced on 1 January 2026. Solaire also reports international grid-code certifications for its commercial and utility-scale products, supporting applications across European, Australian, African, and other international markets.
The expansion comes as India's renewable energy sector continues to grow. According to figures cited from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, the country's installed solar capacity reached 162.15 GW by 30 June 2026. Meanwhile, the Central Electricity Authority estimates India's energy storage requirement at 411.4 GWh by 2031–32, including 236.2 GWh from BESS. Through its planned battery manufacturing expansion and integrated solar-plus-storage portfolio, Solaire aims to strengthen its position in India's renewable energy supply chain while expanding its presence in international markets.
